The location of this resort is quite convenient, with a shopping mall and restaurants just a short cab ride away. The pool area is lovely and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The staff, particularly Santiago on the Front Desk, was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We recently went on a romantic escape for three nights and enjoyed the beautiful pool area. the food was delicious and the international breakfast was rich. the location was perfect, a short drive to a shopping mall and restaurants. We also appreciated the helpful and nice staff.

The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. the room keys frequently failed, causing us to change them multiple times in two days.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel had a decent pool area and the staff was friendly. They offered complimentary breakfast and free parking which was convenient. The location was also nice as it was not too far from shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was not up to par with what I expected for my thanksgiving stay. The rooms were outdated and the carpets were stained.

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool area and the helpfulness of Santiago on the Front Desk. Despite some average rooms and service, our overall experience at the hotel was positive. The restaurant serves very small portions and the pool area can get loud with visitors playing music at high volume. the lack of international plug adapters and the spotty Wi-Fi can also add to the frustration during the stay.
